Whether you're looking for a space to play, create or learn, Carroll has everything you need to make your next summer camp experience a great success. Your participants will appreciate our collegiate residence halls, on-site dining facilities and other campus amenities.


 We can accommodate approximately 1,000 overnight guests in our residence halls during the summer months (depending on availability). Many of our residence halls are new, air-conditioned, suite-style units with separate bedrooms housing 2-5 people per unit.

Traditional Housing

Carroll offers four facilities with traditional residence halls. Traditional halls feature a mix of single and double rooms, with common area bathrooms and kitchens on each floor. Standard furnishings include an XL twin bed frame and mattress, desk, chair, dresser, hutch and bookcase. There is a main lounge for relaxing with friends on the first floor, and laundry facilities in the basement.

In 2018 and 2019 these halls underwent major renovations; updating lobbies, shared kitchens, group areas, new carpet, lighting and a fresh coat of paint. All rooms in the complex have tile flooring.

Semi-Suite Style Housing

Carroll has one semi-suite-style hall called Hilger Hall. These units feature two double-occupancy rooms joined by one common bathroom. Standard furnishings include an XL twin bed frame and mattress, desk, chair, dresser, hutch and bookcase. The building has air conditioning, an elevator and each floor has a galley kitchen, a lounge, and laundry facilities.

Suite Style Housing

Carroll offers several suite-style housing options for lodging rentals. Each suite features 3-5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms per suite, a common area and a kitchenette with a microwave and refridgerator. The bedroom furniture includes an XL twin bed frame and mattress, desk, chair and dresser. Every floor has a lounge space and laundy faciltiies, and the building is air conditioned.
